Neil’s hospitality and cruise career spans more than two decades, working within top luxury brands, including, Disney Cruise Line, The World, Regent Seven Seas, Soneva, Six Senses, Anantara Hotels & Resorts and Cheval Blanc Randheli by LVMH. He has overseen a number of resort openings within the Indian Ocean and the UAE, as well as the development and set-up of a Southeast Asian Cruise Line. Neil has also formed part a SQM/SMS project team, along with conducting companywide audits that included offices within Europe and on-board fleets of ships. He facilitates a series of Leadership Orientation & Team Building workshops and provides mentoring to colleagues. Neil is a regarded Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality.
For 36 years of his working life Chris was involved within the maritime industry initially as a Merchant Navy Officer on both passenger and cargo vessels. Latterly he has held the positions of Operations & Hotel Operations Manager for a major UK-based cruise line. Chris has worked in Sri Lanka, Beirut, Syria and Singapore. Other work experience was gained in Algeria and Saudi Arabia. He is married, retired and lives on the coast Suffolk, UK.
With over a decade of experience, working for a leading European Airline, Jo brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in delivering exceptional customer service as well as training. Jo supports our Founder & Managing Director with the day to day operational requirements of SHI.
With over two decades of experience within the retail, hospitality and service industries internationally, with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, with a passion to use her wide range of transformational experiences and skills. Kelly is proud in the relationships she has formed that engage, inspire and enable others to understand their role in the workplace.
Part of Kelly's wider role is in conjunction with Neil, is to further develop and enhance Shorthouse Hospitality reach.
A Thai national, Mario supports Jo in the day to day operations within our Bangkok, regional office and works closely with our clients in SE Asia, ensuring that we are delivering our Transformational Experiences.
A British native, now residing in St Lucia, Georgina works closely with the team in relation to developing our Bespoke Transformational Experiences within the Caribbean, along with providing our clients with an indepth knowledge and experieince in the Spa & Wellness Industry.
Shanon is a seasoned brand strategist who believes in the unreasonable power of creativity. He has made good use of his passport, working across geographies and cultures to deliver ideas that build identity and drive bottom-line performance for people and brands. As Founder and CEO of Larimer & Co. Branding Studios, Shanon drives an innovative team of international professionals in the development and execution of customized strategic campaigns for both emerging businesses as well as global corporations within the hospitality, entertainment, travel and tourism industries. He has created revenue-driving marketing platforms for a number of ambitious, thought-leader brands including Marriott International, Hyatt Regency, Outrigger Hotels & Resorts, The Walt Disney Company, Disney Cruise Line, and SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Shanon and his team at Larimer & Co. provides brand strategy, creative and production services to the client portfolio for Shorthouse Hospitality International.
