Having spent over two decades working within the Cruise & Hospitality industries, i have encountered many different scenarios.   None of these scenario's came with a handbook, telling me what to do, how to behave or what the result would be, whether i would be thanked or having your life threatened!

However, each of them, has given me the opportunity to share, more importantly relate them back to being a leader, how to encourage your teams, gaining the trust and respect, when you start a new job with none.  Or most recently adapting them to the COVID=19 outbreak in 2020, which meant a whole set of learning skills for everyone!
